Section 1: General terms

The client must read the terms of service in its entirety. By continuing with a commission and proceeding with payment, the client has agreed to all terms below. If any of the terms below are breached, the artist may stop or cancel the commission at any time.The artist reserves the right to refuse a commission for any reason without explanation.Inappropriate or aggressive behavior will not be tolerated. By opening a line of communication with the artist, the client agrees to act in a polite and professional manner.

Section 2: Payment and Pricing

All prices are in USD.Prices are subject to change depending on the size, complexity or detail of a piece at the discretion of the artist.Payment must be made on the platform of the artist’s choice. (PayPal)Invoices must be paid in full within 10 days of being sent, with the exception of commissions over 100$, in which case individual payment plans may be implemented.
The commission will not start until payment has taken place.
Group commissions must be paid in full by (1) person to in order to avoid miscommunication or complications.If the commission must meet a specific deadline, it must be communicated to the artist prior to the payment. An additional fee may be applied at the artist’s discretion.Final prices stated by the artist are not negotiable.

Section 3: process

Clients must provide clear references or descriptions of characters. Any written communication or description must be in English.Quotes may be provided at the client’s request, but do not reflect the final price. Said quote is only an estimate made prior to any artwork or mock ups being made, and may vary or change at the artist’s discretion.Clients may request changes at the sketching phase. Any changes made after this stage may require additional fees based on the nature or complexity of the change.The final piece will be sent via email or on the platform of the client’s choice so that the full image quality is received.

Section 4: Communication and Deadlines

The platform of communication must be established prior to the commission, whether it be over email, instant messaging, social media, etc.A commission may take up to 2 months to complete if a specific deadline is not established in advance. The client will be shown process/progress pictures at every stage of commission.

Section 5: Rights

The commissioned piece may NOT be used for commercial, redistributed or reproduced for commercial use. Clients CANNOT profit off of commissioned pieces, which is included but not limited to: digital prints or physical items.
The artist retains all rights to the piece of artwork itself.
This must be communicated with the client prior to the transaction and have the clients full consent.
The artist retains the right to crop, edit or alter the artwork for promotional use. The artist DOES NOT claim any rights to intellectual properties or characters.
The client MAY NOT edit or alter the commissioned piece unless agreed upon.
If consent is obtained by the artist, the piece may be reposted on to their platforms of choice, so the artist is fully credited. The client may not claim the piece as their work in any way.
The commissioned piece may not be resold.The artist is not responsible for providing any physical work, such as prints, merchandise, etc. unless agreed upon, in which case additional fees may be applied.The client may print a copy of the commissioned piece for personal use if provided with written consent from the artist, but may not be redistributed or sold in any way.

Section 6: refund policy

If a client wishes to cancel before the payment, there will be no repercussions.If a client wishes to cancel the commissiona after payment, but before any work has been done, the client will be issued a full refund.If a client wishes to cancel a refund after work on the piece has begun, a percentage of the refund will be provided at the artist’s discretion, based on how much work has been done.If a client wishes for a refund after the commission is fully completed, there will be no refund issued.
